The National Arts Centre
The NAC has been operating since 1969 and is one of canada's favorite locales for the performing arts in canada. Today the NAC offers both emerging and established world renowned performers to their stage. Performers include Classic music, English theatre, French theatre, dance performers, variety shows, and lot's of local community programming for both young audiences and adults. The NAC is the only muldiscplinary, bilingual performing arts centres in North America.

Centrepointe Theatre
Since 1988, the Centrepointe theatre offers a diverse line of entertainment with local, national and international perforing artists in the heart of the city. The Gladstone Theatre
With over a $1 million investment the Gladstone theatre formerly known as The Great Canadian Theatre Company reopened it's doors for business. Featuring an Art Deco style theatre with red carpets and crystal chandeliers, new facade complete with an art deco marquee, theatre goers will be taken back in time. Many of the theatre's plays will be performed by local theatre companies.

Yuk Yuks Comedy Clubs

Kanata Theatre
The kanata theatre is a volunteer amateur community theatre company since 1968. Today there are 350 members who put together five main stage plays and a children's holiday play each year. Members of the kanata theatre wil receive a newsletter giving information about Kanata. The theatre is a 350 seat venue situated in the
south-west of Kanata which is in the west end of Ottawa.
